Title: KEESA - Kampagne für Entschuldung und Entschädigung im südlichen Afrika
Title alternative: ADR - International Apartheid Debt and Reparations Campaign
URL: http://www.apartheid-reparations.ch
Creator: International Apartheid Debt and Reparations Campaign
Abstract: "Should we have to pay twice for apartheid?" This is the question raised by the ADR organizations in South-Africa. Two statements were made in 1998 and 2003 summarizing their requests: the debts of apartheid must be cancelled, and the foreign businesses and banks that profited from apartheid and sustained it must pay reparations for the injustice and the damage made possible by it.
The Swiss ADR coordination, as the Swiss intermediary of the international campaign asks that the entire truth be made public concerning the relationship between Switzerland and the apartheid regime. The Swiss coordination supports the claims that were filed by Khulumani against banks and businesses. [according to site editor's information]
