Abstract: The Life Stories Programme (formerly Oral Testimony) offers you an insight into people's opinions and ways of seeing things, whereas usually you would only read writings about them and not from them. People are talking about poverty, about desert life, about HIV/AIDS or resettlement. You will find a lot of information, resources and downloads for free. People who took part in the project come from these countries among others: Sudan, Ethiopia, Namibia, South Africa, Lesotho, Kenya, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Mauritania, Senegal, Mali, Burkina Faso, Niger, Chad.
