Formerly known as the Niger Delta Project for Environment, Human Rights, and Development (NDPEHRD), the Center for Environment, Human Rights and Development (CEHRD) is a rural-based NGO founded by conservationists, environmentalists, activists, and health workers in the Niger Delta region of Nigeria.
