Abstract: OSISA is a Johannesburg-based foundation established in 1997, working in ten Southern Africa countries: Angola, Botswana, DRC, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Swaziland, Zambia and Zimbabwe. It is part of a network of foundations, established by George Soros. OSISA's vision is to promote and sustain the ideals, values, institutions and practice of open society.
